Ingredients: For 6 servings:
2.5 kg leg lamb
2teasp of fresh root ginger, finely chopped
2 teasp of fresh garlic, crushed
2 teasp mixture of spices, garam masala
1 teasp salt
1 teasp seed black ziry
4 peas black pepper
3 cloves
1 teasp chili powder
3 spoons lemon juice or
300 ml oil
1 onion, cleaned
about 2 liters of water

Salad Cake

Composition

Eggs - 3 pcs,
salad (leaves)
fresh cucumber - 150 g
onions - 0.5 pc,
tomatoes - 250 g
green onion - 100 g
ham - 120 g
radish - 10 pcs,
cheese - 125 g
cocktail tomatoes (cherry) - 100 g

for sauce
Mayonnaise - 100 g
natural yoghurt (savory), or cream - 150 g
salt
pepper
parsley greens

Cooking

* Svetlana advice: put more layers on a plastic tray which may collect the juice.

Svetlana * Tip: For layers to look better I take the ring of the form for baking cakes (diameter 24 cm) Each layer is gently pressed “tramp” - then cutting will go easier.

Wash all vegetables and dry.
Cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes cut in thin rings.
Onion in rings or cut semi rings.
Finely chopped green onions.
Ham cut into cubes.
Eggs boil, peel and cut into circles.
Cheese grate in small pieces.
Prepare the sauce:
Connect the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper, Finely chopped fresh herbs and parsley, and mix all well.

Put salad on the plate with layers, each layer to be plastered with prepared sauce.

* I spread several layers of salad, but Svetlana did not advice to spread layers with sauce, and to file separately to the salad dressing

Cake with strawberries

1Lets cook a wonderful strawberries cake. Here is the recipe.

Composition

Dough:
Flour - 2 cups,
Sugar - 2 / 3 cup,
Margarine or butter - 100 g
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon h.

for stuffing
strawberries or any fresh berries
sugar - 0,5-1 glass
starch - 1-2 spoon

Cooking

Flour should be mixed with baking powder and sieved the slide on the table.
Add sugar and mix.
In the flour mixed with sugar grate margarine or butter and mix well prior to the crumbs.

Divide the resulting dough crumbs in 2 unequal parts (2 / 3 and 1 / 3).
The greater part of dough put into shape for baking.
Wash strawberries, remove sepal and dry. Cut each berry to 2-4 parts, depending on the size of berries.
Put berries on the dough; sprinkle them with sugar and starch.

Above, on the berries, put remaining dough crumbs.
Bake the cake at a temperature of 180-200 degrees 20-30 minutes.
